Baileys Original Irish Cream is a unique marriage of fresh dairy cream with Irish whisky and natural flavors. Baileys Original Irish Cream is the indulgent blend of aged Irish whiskey and luscious Irish dairy cream, with hints of cocoa and vanilla. This spirit product is made without preservatives hence it has a near expiry date.

Just think about it. Every year, roughly 200 million liters of fresh Irish milk are required to produce the creamiest of cream used in the production of Baileys. This milk is mostly supplied from small, family-owned farms. Due to the cream content, it is recommended to be refrigerated once opened, like with any dairy product it can go bad if inadequately stored. The recommendation is storage at below 25C/77F. Hence it won’t hurt to refrigerate.
