Internship Programme

An intern is a registered undergraduate student from a university or recognized higher learning institution who requires a period of work experience for a limited period as part of his or her qualifications. Here is a testimony of one of our former interns.

“My name is Godefrid Casmir. Some call me "Pacha" as I have an identical twin. I joined Serengeti Breweries Limited, in August 2021 as a Finance Intern. I started my training in the Supply Finance department and joined the Super User Community, which helped me understand business processes and their financial impact. The Internship program was meant to be for 8 weeks but because I was eager to learn, I kept requesting more, and that turned into 6 months. During that period, I was able to learn and perform tasks under minimum supervision”.

How it works:

Prospective interns submitting applications must state clearly and precisely on the application the specific internship for which they are applying, and the skills and experience they expect to gain or develop during the period of internship.
