It is with great excitement that Serengeti Breweries Limited (SBL) announces the official commencement of the
INAWEZEKANA campaign through USALAMA BARABARANI POLISI JAMII CUP 2023 tournament, a dynamic partnership between
Tanzania Traffic Police and Serengeti Breweries Limited's flagship brand, Serengeti Premium Lager.
This event marks a significant step in SBL's continuous commitment to promote responsible drinking and road safety
within our community, building upon the foundation laid by the successful 'INAWEZEKANA' campaign launched recently
by SBL.
The USALAMA BARABARANI POLISI JAMII CUP, known for its dedication to the motorcycle riding community, provides an
ideal platform to reach an integral segment of our society. Serengeti Breweries Limited is proud to join forces with
the Traffic Police of Tanzania to promote responsible drinking and road safety. This partnership is designed to
engage motorcycle riders and enthusiasts at all levels of the tournament, spanning from ward divisions to the
national stage.
During this launch the Tanzania Police Commissioner Faustine Shillogile stated that “The police isn't there to only
punish but also to educate Tanzania Citizens. The government's commitment to providing friendly infrastructure for
economic development should complement individuals' responsibility to follow rules and regulations, safeguarding not
only themselves but also those they share the road with therefore the drivers that will receive the basic training
from Serengeti Breweries Limited should adhere to the knowledge provided to us and put it into action by being
responsible while using motor vehicles for our safety as well as those around us.”

The commanding Police officer for the Tanzania Traffic Division Ramadhan Ng'anzi, on behalf of the Tanzania Traffic

from accidents. He emphasized how the POLISI JAMII CUP 2023 tournament, through the strategic partnership with
Serengeti Breweries Limited, aligns with their goal of achieving this objective. He added, "Our aim at the Traffic
Police is to make our roads safer, to reduce accidents, and to ensure the safety of all our citizens. Through this
